Forest School First Aid Training

Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th June 2023

This is the recommended 2-day course that will lead to the first aid certification that all Forest School leaders need to hold and maintain (renew every 3 years).

The course will be delivered by Andy Davison from East of England training in association with Charlotte’s Forest School.  The course is suitable for both qualified Forest School leaders wishing to renew their certification and those in or about to start their training.

This 16 hour course covers emergency first aid and incident management and looks at first aid on young children as well as adults. There is also an emphasis on typical Forest School activities like camp fires, use of hand tools and children’s play. Part of Day 2 is spent doing first aid scenarios out of doors.
